Subhash Chowk, Swami Vivekananad Marg, Memnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380052 (hereinafter referred as “Company/BAPL” which expression shall, unless repugnant or inconsistent to the subject or the context thereof, mean and included its Subsidiaries, Group Companies, Holding Companies, Sister Concern, Affiliates, successors and permitted assigns) is the sole and exclusive owner of the brand “AMOYA” and the website www.bankaiagrifood.com (hereinafter referred to as “website”) is exclusively owned, operated & controlled by BAPL.

At BAPL, we are committed to ensuring that your products are delivered promptly and efficiently. Our delivery and shipping policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

By placing an order on the Website, the customer (“You” or “Customer”) agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Delivery and Distribution:

1.1. Last Mile Delivery:

We use reliable shipping partners to distribute products from our plant/warehouse directly to your doorstep.

1.2. Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the location. The standard delivery time is 24-48 hours, subject to location and external factors such as weather, transportation strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed; however, we endeavor to meet the stipulated timelines.

1.3. Delivery System:

Customers can choose to make payments through our secure payment gateway or opt for the cash on delivery (COD) option, where our delivery partner will collect the payment at the time of delivery.

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse and delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of purchase.

2. Quantity Adjustment:

Customers can increase or decrease the quantity of products at any time before the order is dispatched.

3. Bulk Delivery:

We offer bulk delivery for family occasions with no maximum limit. Please inform us 2-3 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

4. Serviceable Areas:

We currently serve specific pin codes in Gujarat. Customers can check delivery availability in their area by visiting our website. If our products are not available in your location, you can select the “Notify Me” option to receive an alert when they become available.

5. Risk of Loss and Title:

  • Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the package upon receipt and report damages (if any) within 24 hours.

6. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery:

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
  • If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the order may be rescheduled or returned, subject to extra fees.

7. Force Majeure:

BAPL shall not be liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or logistics disruptions.

8. Payment and Delivery Information:

a. Service/Delivery Charge:

  • There is no extra charge for delivery on orders above Rs. 200.

b. Payment Schedule:

  • Payments can be made online or via Cash On Delivery (COD).

c. Payment Methods:

  • We accept online payments through credit cards, net banking, and UPI.

Our farm is located on Kurali-Karjan Road, approximately 35 kilometers from Vadodara.

b. Farm Visits:
