Ghee Making Process

The traditional ghee-making process begins with sourcing premium A2 cow milk, which is then naturally fermented into curd using active cultures. This curd undergoes the age-old Bilona churning method to extract pure butter, which is gently heated to enhance its rich aroma, golden color, and shelf life. The ghee is then naturally strained and cooled to retain its purity and essential nutrients. Finally, it is hygienically packaged in food-grade containers to lock in freshness, ensuring a high-quality and nutritious product.
